Date will either be a lunch/dinner. Time, venue, transportation and value of the lunch/dinner are at the absolute discretion of Fijilive (alcohol not included). Winners have to find their own way to the Venue. The Queen will be accompanied by a chaperone and will be with the winner of this promotion for a minimum of 60 minutes. The winner of the date has to be well-dressed and well-mannered (no drunken or disorderly behavior will be tolerated). Any misbehavior by the winner of the date will result in the immediate cancellation of the date at the absolute discretion of the Fijilive. Fijilive has the right to make changes to, upgrade or terminate the promotion at any time without any warning. Fijilive has the right to alter the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time. All Txt submitted as part of the txt promotions becomes the property of Fijilive. You are entirely responsible for all content that is submitted by you and agree that Fijilive is not in any way responsible for your actions. Fijilive is not liable for any damage that may come about due to legal action pertaining to the promotion. Fijilive has the right to use any content submitted for promotional purposes, including media advertising.
